Stefan DeVocht is our architect.

He is passionate about the process. Any process. Every process. With more than 30 years of corporate experience in information technology, management consulting, Stefan is an enterprise architect who can analyze, design, plan and implement a comprehensive development strategy for practically any business, big or small and deliver enterprise modernization projects for both the federal government and large private enterprises.

His client list includes numerous Fortune 100 companies, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Air Force and the Royal Dutch Navy. Stefan has worked in Russia, Europe, the U.S. and Latin America.

Stefan has a BS in Mathematics from the University of Gent, Belgium, and is responsible for the establishment and oversight of our company’s own processes as well as our lead architect on client software.

A specialist and nationally-known leader in business modernization and IT process modernization, Stefan has been a featured speaker on EA at the Architecture Plus conference and at the Systems & Software symposium. He was also the keynote speaker at the annual Government EA Conference in Washington DC. He has conducted webinars on “overcoming barriers to continual improvement and operational excellence.”

He lives to improve productivity.

Stefan speaks in English, Dutch and French and sings in Spanish and Italian, but only very loudly. He lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with his British wife and, yes, he does map out his home processes as well.
